Sharm El Luli beach in Marsa Alam has been voted the best beach in the Middle East, and one of the top 25 in the world, according to the yearly ranking by TripAdvisor. By doing so, Sharm El Luli has gone up two places from last year's list, where it ranked third.

The voting was done on TripAdvisor's website, which has over 300 million monthly visitors. Many of the voters described the beach as "a piece of heaven" and "the best beach they've ever been to."
